Sarah Cohen

Sarah Cohen is a native Houstonian, graduating from Langham Creek High School. She earned her Bachelor in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of New Mexico. At UNM, Sarah was active with Delta Sigma Pi, a Professional Business Fraternity. She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was active with The Advocates, a trial advocacy organization. She is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Her primary areas of practice are Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law, and Business Formation.

Sarah is a member of the American Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association. She is a member of the Family Law Section with both the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. She is also a member of Services Cooperative Association (SCA). Sarah is involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a member of the Ladies Go Texan Committee. Sarah also just participated in her first half marathon in San Francisco, and while she trained she raised money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Sarah prides herself on a commitment to stay involved in the community and to give back when she can. Some of her activities include:

  • Volunteer at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo with the Ladies Go Texan Committee.
  • She has given lectures at local high schools on the following topics:
    • What it Takes to Become a Lawyer
    • Family Law 101
  • Training for a half marathon with Team In Training, while raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
  • She has given presentations to community organizations and networking groups on various Estate Planning topics.
